"I have been insured with Kadon since 2018. I have never ran into any issues the entire 7 years I've been with his agency. Not only that, but his associates Lizl and Gabe are always so cheerful. I have not once wanted to change insurance agencies because I have had nothing but great experiences with Kadon and his team. Thank you for being such a great group of people!"

"The sent my drive safe decal to the wrong address. They never told me I'd be getting one in order to get a discount. Raised my bill because I had not activated a decal that THEY sent to the WRONG address. Refused to give me a credit or fix the bill. I really wish I would have stayed with my previous insurance. Service is horrible."

"Honestly, I only had state farm because it's what my parents had. However, in the 3.5 years I had them, they - couldn't find my policy when I called about it - repeatedly said they'd do things/look into something for me then never did or never contacted me if they did - took 264 days to send me the rebate check they claimed to have sent twice. (Yes, I put it in a calculator. Feb 27-Nov 17) My address didn't change, and Kadon told me he sent either 2 or 3 and that hed look into it in August but has yet to reply since then. I had to call customer support and she got me the check within a week to the same address. Sure, he was nice when my dad passed and spoke very kindly about him and when we did speak he was kind, but nothing ever really got done. The only call or text I left where I actually got something accomplished was for payments."
